Joining walls are made of panels of wooden sandwich construction with thermal insulation filling 100 mm thick. The inner side of the connecting walls is covered with knauf wall coverings, while the connecting facade is covered with vapor-permeable foil and the final ship floor of 20 mm in such a way as to ensure ventilation of the connecting layer of the walls. The mezzanine structure towards the attic contains a thermal insulation layer 250 mm thick, while the thermal insulation of the floor structure is 100 mm thick. The total thickness of the walls is 170 mm, and the ceiling height is 2.4 m, which sets us apart from other manufacturers of mobile homes. The inner partition walls are made on the same principle as the connecting ones, and the inner core is 5 cm thick.

The floors of all rooms are covered with natural laminate, except for the bathroom, where the installation of PVC laminate is planned.

The heating and cooling installation is adapted depending on the location and climatic conditions. We offer air conditioners, Norwegian radiators and gas-fired central heating.
The construction of the Dream Home model is carried by a heavy, profiled steel construction with wheels. After positioning, the house is raised to the appropriate number of supporting pillars, which further ensures the stability of the house and the real feeling of staying in a masonry building with foundations.
